Thanks to all the musicians on Dec 7
The December 7, 2008 Beatles/Warren Buffett Benefit/Uke gig was a spectacular success.

Roger and David would like to personally thank all involved. Mega-Thanks to:
Trazia and Zach Dinerstein at Spike Hill. Rob Tannenbaum for being an hysterical and handsome Master Of Ceremonies. Mike Patrick for reording the entire 12 hours. Peter Buffett for playing and bringing Warren's ukulele, which Roger had the honor of playing during 'You Never Give Me Your Money' and 'Baby You're A Rich Man.'
Why were there so many beautiful girls? On and offstage. I just think beauty and the Aloha Spirit Of The Ukulele must go together.
Another suprise was the high level of Beatle literacy among the many volunteer musicians who just showed up at the gig. They played with me for HOURS. I guess it's just part of the received repertoire of serious musicians all over the world. Brian August on piano who knew every song in the right key. Hours of drums from Genji Siriasi and Seth Johnston. Bass by Jim Heineman. Keys by John Solo Hansen. And a special shout out to the wonderful Meetles who hit every note spot on.
And most of all the singers. Including:
Andy Breslau, Jamie Ray Branthoover, Lefty The Taffy Man, Christina Hansen, Bill Clift, The Van Allen Belt, Craig Greenberg, Melissa Lefton, Not Quite Dead Yet, Moose Karloff, Aine Duffy, Brett Saxon, Joe Hurley, Sophie Allen, Tamara Hey, E.S. Caldwell, Dave de Vinck, Emily Zuzik, Jason Paul Montagna, Scott Alexander, Patsy Montelione, Sonic Uke, JJ Appleton
Maura Matlak, Amanda Homi, Ashlynn Manning & The For Greene Children's Choir. Steven Swartz, Kristi Sunde, Alex Drewchin
Ryan Miller Of Guster, The Pierces, Julian Velard, Christina b612, Peter Buffett, Kirstein Thien, Randy Slavin, We The They, A-L-X, Emily Zuzik, Alan Cohen Experience, Marisha Pessl, Mark Mitchell, Bono, Terry Radigan, Casey Shea, Alison Lefevre, Rob Tannenbaum, Rex Moroux, Fiona Silver, David LK Murphy, Jessie Murphy In The Woods, Eric Nicolas, Megg Farrell, A'isha/Sophie Auster/Greg Lattimer, Loribeth, Adam Green, Kathena Bryant, Andrew Vladeck, Jerry Cherry, Frank Simms, Aleksandra Dubov, Nick Of Spirit Family Reunion, The Volunteers. .... oh and if we have forgotton anyone PLEASE LET US KNOW.... Accounting is not our strong point.
We love you all.... videos to be posted soon...ish. after tons of editing.
